Features1. It is a database that holds primers generated for almost all genes of mouse and human. 2. Database is validated using 26,855 primer pairs for 27,681 genes of mouse using real time PCR followed by agarose gel electrophresis and sequencing PCR product. Success rate of this validation is 82.6% (22,187). 3. There are 129,692 primer pairs for human and 118,886 primer pairs for mouse.
